This is a natural process coffee, meaning the entire coffee fruit is left intact to dry after being harvested. This coffee aroma when brewing, starts off with a bit of lemon zest, mild blueberry, strawberry and peach notes, thanks to that natural process. Tasting notes, you will find flavors of peach, floral and slight strawberry. You will get chocolate at the end and a candy sweet finish. This is a very flavorful coffee, with lots of goodness going on in the cup!

This is a washed coffee that is grown +3600 feet above sea level. These are great beans, that display notes of toasted nuts, cocoa and cedar on the nose. Upon your first sip, you will have delicate, mildly acidic and some toasted sugar flavors, with notes of praline, slight lemon and toffee. In the back you will find nuts and that toffee really showing through. When the cup cools, you will have more of a sweeter but mild flavor. This is a nice smooth coffee that can be enjoyed every morning.
This is a potent espresso blend, from various regions including Latin America and wet-hulled monsooned Indonesian coffee, monssoned. This is a complex coffee, that is dark roasted coffee that produces great cream (thanks to the monsooned coffee). Notes include heavy cocoa, sweet smoke with a syrupy caramel flavor. The coffee itself has a rich body and is quite complex. This is a great coffee that is excellent as a standalone espresso or as a cappuccino. I also like this when brewed in a French

It all started around the time my son was born. I love good coffee. I got myself a small roaster, sourced fresh green beans and began roasting. I would roast any chance I could get. The only issue was that I had a newborn who, whenever I would try to roast, would be "fussy" and wind up impeding my daily roasting! And with that, that is how Fusspot came to be.
